New Racing Rules - an ideal Christmas present?
The ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) for 2013 - 2016 have now been published. The RYA, the UK's National Authority also makes ‘National Prescriptions’. So look out for lots of publications and guides of all shapes and sizes from varoius publishers in the coming months. The RYA themselves have a new publication - an ideal Christmas present for the sailor in your life!
