Notice of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Saturday 30th June in Plockton Village Hall at 1730

The committee has agreed changes to the Club’s constitution at its meeting on 12th May.  The proposed changes are highlighted in the attached document.
An extra-ordinary general meeting will be held in Plockton Village Hall on Saturday 30th June at 1730 pm to allow all members an opportunity to discuss and to vote on the proposed changes. 
Any change will require the approval of two thirds of those in attendance and entitled to vote.   Life members, honorary life members and all adult members who have paid their subscription for this year are entitled to vote.
