Centreboard dinghy handicaps are set by the RYA; Please note these can change from year to year. The Portsmouth Yardstick is now available online on the RYA website or can be openned and downloaded here.

*The only local variation that is currently applied is to the RS Feva, when using an unbattened training mainsail. See handbook for details.

Handicaps for Local Boats are determined by the Handicap Committee and are reviewed at the following times:

• Post Moore Bowl series

• Mid way through regatta

• End of regatta

• End of season
